Join expert coach Kimberly Frey as she shares essential knowledge for achieving success at the college level.
This workshop offers a unique approach to college preparation unlike any other you have encountered. Say goodbye to test-taking strategies, essay prompts, and math and reasoning exercises.
Instead, you will dive into enhancing your executive functioning skills, which are crucial for time management, organization, fostering a growth mindset, maintaining focus, and more. Additionally, you will gain insights into communication and conflict resolution skills along with strategies for establishing and preserving life balance as you transition into adulthood.
Participants will engage in four sessions centered around self-assessment and reflection, executive functioning, communication, conflict resolution skills and life balance. A break will be provided between sessions and a light lunch will be provided
